	Justin is responsible for looking after all of our clients and our business development needs. With over 10 years experience within the marketing industry, Justin is the person who drives all client marketing requirements forward and ensures they are happy with the service we provide. In his spare time Justin is a keen runner representing the Plymouth Harriers Running Club.

	Jeremy - Technical Director
	Jeremy looks after all of our web development projects and leads our eBusiness team. Having had a large role in developing all of our web based solutions, he is the person to speak with when a client has a technical query. A keen cyclist and despite all the modern day technology, Jeremy often spends many miles lost in the Cornwall countryside trying to track a simple route back home!

	Troy Woodhouse
	Troy heads up the creative team and is involved in all the day to day design projects. Equally adapt in both web and traditional graphic design Troy has over 10 years experience or working on some of the most established brands. Clients include: Visit South Devon, Bovey Castle, Dame Hannah Rogers Trust and Foot Anstey.

	Steve - Associate Graphic Designer
	Steve has worked within the design industry over the last 25 years and is working with us on a number of our key accounts. Steve's experience means he is easily adept working on either web or more traditional graphic design projects.

	Ant - PR Guru
	Anthony has over 20 years experience of being a journalist and PR professional. With a wide range of media contacts across local, regional, national, and specialist trade media, Ant is the one who will get your name in your target media. In his spare time Ant loves to travel and is a keen supporter of Northampton Town Football Club.

	Craig - Video and DVD Production
	Craig heads up our broadcast team ensuring all video and DVD productions are supplied to the highest standards. The team is made up of people that have been making TV for all terrestrial channels and digital TV and Craig's experience in this field ensures we offer the highest level of broadcasting standards to business communications.

	Chris - Business Development
	Chris is responsible for new business development and getting the word out about how great we are at Real Fusion! When he isn't out talking about Real Fusion Website Design Arthur spends his spare time doing deals and fishing in some of the most fantastic places in the world.

	Michele - Accounts
	Michele looks after the finances and accounts in the Real Fusion office. Not only does she have to chase us down for our receipts and paperwork but she also has to look after her new born son and project manage the building work at her house!
